Katy Zaleski has over a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives across departments, playing a critical role in shaping workplace culture and leading comprehensive organizational development. To support her passion for serving others, Katy has pursued extensive education and training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is a Certified Coach through the Association for Talent Development and holds a Debriefing and Coaching and Employee Development accreditations from Harrison Assessments. Further reflecting her deep commitment to the credit union movement, she is a Certified Creating Member Loyalty Coach through America’s Credit Unions and a Credit Union Development Educator through the National Credit Union Foundation.
