Ken Schroeder provides consulting services to businesses and government emergency management, with special focus on Credit Unions and other financial organizations. These services include plan development and reviews, staff and board training, exercise development and facilitation, and complete program development. Mr. Schroeder is recognized as a Certified Business Continuity Professional by Disaster Recovery Institute International and is a member of the Business Continuity Institute. He holds a position on the Board of Directors of PPBI, Public Private Businesses, Inc., a non-profit organization of professionals dedicated to enhancing cooperation, understanding, and relations between the public and private sectors with respect to emergency management, disaster response, and business continuity. He was a charter member of his local Association of Contingency Planners (ACP) chapter.

Currently an independent consultant, he served 10 years in Corporate Credit Unions as a business continuity planner. Prior to that, he served in public service with a career in the United States Air Force as a pilot, contingency and employment planner and supply squadron Commander. Retiring to civilian life, he joined the State of Florida Department of Finance serving as Chief of Production Control and Assistant Chief of Infrastructure Support. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied math and engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Science degree in management from Troy State University.
