Libby Calderone

Libby Calderone serves as the President and CEO of the Illinois Credit Union League and Envisant, a role she assumed in January 2025.  She joined the ICU System in 2018 as President and Chief Operating Officer for Envisant, bringing with her a wealth of industry expertise.  Prior to these roles, she served as CEO and President of Earthmover Credit Union in Aurora, Illinois. Since beginning her career in 1987, Libby has been dedicated to advancing the transformative impact of credit unions on local communities and the broader population. Her extensive industry leadership includes serving on the Envisant Board of Directors, acting as Chair of the Supervisory Committee for Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union, and serving as Board Chair for American Share Insurance. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Libby holds the prestigious Certified Credit Union Investment Expert (CCUIE) designation from America’s Credit Unions. Outside of her professional commitments, she brings the same sense of curiosity and exploration to her life outdoors, where she enjoys sailing and spending time in nature.
