Lisa Dent

Ms. Dent joined MBL in July 2012 as a Risk Assessment Manager. She has worked in various roles at MBL which include Implementation Specialist and Training and Development Administrator. Prior to joining MBL she worked in a variety of executive and management roles over a 25 year career in the financial services industry. She has served in various capacities and roles which include; Sales Manager, Training and Development Coach, Private Banking Officer, Commercial Lending Officer and Wealth Management/Portfolio Manager. She was afforded the opportunity in 2002 to become a Securities Licensed Banker which provided her an opportunity to work with high net worth individuals and middle-market companies. Ms. Dent’s primary responsible is to maintain and promote MBL’s training and development program. The program is a service that provides the credit union’s commercial lending management, teams and individuals an opportunity to develop and enhance their commercial lending knowledge and skills.
