Previously a 35-year commercial banker, Mark Cox is the President and CEO of Innovative Business Solutions, LLC, a Commercial Loan and Business Services CUSO located in Columbia, SC which is wholly owned by 7 credit unions and provides total back-office support for a credit union’s commercial lending activities. He joined IBS in 2013 and has now been involved in commercial lending as both a loan officer and credit officer for over 35 years.
