Rik Reitmaier is an innovative technology leader with nearly 30 years of experience. He joined Ascend Federal Credit Union as CIO in 2022, overseeing the credit union’s overall technology operations. As CIO, Rik is responsible for leading information security and system development, technology strategy, and support objectives at the credit union. In his role, Rik strives to enhance technology to improve operations that better serve Ascend’s members. Rik, who earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and statistics from Stockton University, and currently serves as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.
