He left GE to cofound ProcessArc., a consultancy focused on delivering client experience and Automation strategies for Financial Institutions globally. A sample list of his clients include: US Bank, Associated Bank, RW Baird & Charles Schwab. In 2016, Shahbaz joined Fiserv as VP of Intelligent Automation, where he led the firm’s enterprise-wide Automation & transformation initiatives.

Shahbaz holds a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a MPA from the University at Albany, and BAs in French literature and History from the SUNY College at Oneonta. He has co-authored a McGraw Hill book on Lean Six Sigma.
