Dr. Sujatha (Su) Rayburn has over 25 years of experience in data and analytics strategy and decision architecture and engineering. She is currently Vice President of Information Management & Analytics at Delta Community Credit Union, where she translates strategy into measurable business impact by connecting data, analytics, and AI to drive intelligent decisioning. Previously, she held leadership roles at Equifax, Cox Automotive, and GE, building scalable analytics capabilities and operationalizing advanced models. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP®) and Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®).
