Before joining the credit union, Susan served as Vice President for the Credit Union National Association, where she worked on the Creating Awareness Initiative, and as Executive Director of the Urbana Business Association.
A former teacher and proud United States Navy Reserves veteran, Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College.
Susan is a proud mom of five, Yaya to four, and treasures her time with family, friends, and her community. She is passionate about building relationships especially on the tennis court, connecting incredible people, and helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential.
