BATTLE CREEK, MI (January 12, 2023) — It’s the second most wonderful time of the year: time for OMNI Community Credit Union to award its annual Cashback Rebate to members.
OMNI created the Cashback Rebate Program as a way to thank members for their loyalty. At the beginning of each year, the credit union shares a portion of its earnings with the rebate amount determined by the products and services members are utilizing. In its fifteen year, members have collectively received a nearly estimated $19 million since the program’s inception in 2008.
OMNI CEO Ted Parsons commented on the longevity of the program. “This is our 15th consecutive year of giving our members this rebate,” he said. “We’re one of the very few financial institutions in Michigan that offers a rebate as a way of thanking our members for being a part of the OMNI family. It’s become a tradition and it’s one of our favorite things to do.”
Rebates will be deposited into member accounts on January 20. Members are invited to stop by their favorite branch that day to help celebrate the occasion and enjoy refreshments.
