Momentum adds new director to its marketing team
SEATTLE, WA (September 9, 2014) — Momentum is pleased to announce the addition of Jay-E Emmingham to its marketing team. Jay-E brings over 10 years of advertising, marketing, public relations and community outreach experience to Momentum. In her role as the Marketing Director, Jay-E will be managing and leading the company’s marketing plan, communication strategy and research development.
“Jay-E brings a passion for the strategy and process that drives high performance facilities and for the community organizations that create them”, said Jim Haack, President of Momentum. “Momentum is focused like a laser on creating the right facilities strategy for each institution. Jay-E’s experience with sustainability, community organizations and her passion for outcome oriented solutions crafted through each client’s eyes make her a terrific addition to the growing Momentum’s team.”
Jay-E believes that purpose-driven, community-based organizations are pillars of a healthy and sustainable community for community members. “I am looking forward to immersing myself in the design-build industry by connecting with the communities that our clients serve and the new communities that we will touch,” said Jay-E. She was a volunteer for Junior Achievement’s Economics Program and served as a mentor at the University of Washington Center for Commercialization. She is currently a member of the fundraising committee for Food Lifeline and is also serving as a board member of Energy Infotech NYC.
Jay-E holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon and Master of Business Administration from Marylhurst University. She enjoys outdoor activities and has recently been exploring the beauty of the Puget Sound at Olympic National Park.
