ABNB hires Victor Hall as Senior VP & Chief Experience Officer
CHESAPEAKE, VA (June 17, 2024) — ABNB Federal Credit Union welcomes Victor Hall, MBA as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer. Hall will report to Charles A. Mallon Jr., President & CEO of ABNB. Hall will oversee the Branch Services, Digital Member Services, Marketing, and Training departments at the credit union.

Hall brings more than 25 years of financial industry experience in Retail Delivery including Branch & Contact Center Management, Digital Transformation Strategy, Payments, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation. He previously held the position of Chief Retail Officer at State Department FCU in Alexandria, VA. Before State Department FCU Hall was the Vice President of Payment Product Operations with Citizens Financial Group.
Victor has an MBA from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and has completed an Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
