Achieva Credit Union veteran executive honored by Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2022 CIO of the Year Awards

DUNEDIN, FL (October 25, 2022) — Tracy Ingram of Achieva Credit Union was named as an honoree at the 2022 Tampa Bay Business Journal CIO of the Year awards. Her accomplishments and achievements were recognized alongside fellow CIO/CTOs at the CIO of the Year Awards on August 25 in Tampa. Ingram is the Chief Digital and Infrastructure Officer for Achieva and has spent more than 21 years at the credit union. She has played an integral role in helping to mold it into the successful financial institution it is today.

“Tracy has shown incredible leadership and expertise here at Achieva Credit Union,” said Gary Regoli, CEO of Achieva. “Our members can know they’re ‘banking for good’ with us and are in trusted hands as Tracy leads areas such as data privacy, IT audits, and information security as well as ensuring an excellent end-user experience. Her role is vital and we are proud of her work.”

Prior to her role as Chief Digital and Infrastructure Officer, Ingram served as the credit union’s Vice President of Digital Experience / Chief Enterprise Applications Officer, Vice President of Technology and as Network Administrator.
She earned her Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. She holds a certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and is a Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft.
She also is a volunteer for the Brooker Creek Preserve and Pinellas Education Foundation as well as an Advisory Board Member for Countryside High School STEM.
