Achieva Credit Union welcomes Renee Grauer as President of Retail Sales and Service
Grauer brings more than 40 Years of banking industry experience
DUNEDIN, FL (September 4, 2024) — Achieva Credit Union announces the appointment of Renee Grauer as the new President of Retail Sales and Service.
Grauer joins Achieva with a 40-year career in the banking industry, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in retail banking.
Most recently, she served as a Regional Banking Senior Manager and Executive Director at Wells Fargo, where she spearheaded regional turnarounds, delivering exceptional fiscal results, and transforming underperforming branches into top-tier performers. Her achievements include year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, loan approvals and investment assets, alongside improvements in customer service quality. Grauer’s expertise extends beyond banking operations, encompassing digital technology, compliance, risk management and strategic planning.

Grauer started her career in banking more than 40 years ago, working as a teller while attending Florida State University.

In her new role, Grauer will oversee Achieva’s retail banking operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service, driving growth and enhancing the overall member experience.
