Advantage One Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Sawyer from Vice President of Member Experience to Chief Operating
Officer (COO). Throughout her nearly seventeen years at Advantage One, Jessica has consistently showcased outstanding leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding service to members.
As COO, Sawyer will be responsible for departments including branch operations and contact center and will continue to oversee member experience priorities.

Sawyer resides in Monroe County with her husband and two children.
