AEA Federal Credit Union Welcomes New Commercial Loan Officer

YUMA, AZ (July 27, 2022) — AEA Federal Credit Union has hired Brock Gill to serve as its Commercial Loan Officer within their growing Business Services team. Gill joins the AEA team with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most of which has been within commercial agricultural banking.

As the Commercial Loan Officer, Gill will focus on working directly with business owners and managing business member relationships.

“I’m very excited to share with the community that Brock has joined the AEA Business Services team. His knowledge and experience in business operations and banking make him a great resource for local businesses,” said Cory Deter, Sr. Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Gill obtained an Animal Science degree with an emphasis in Ag Business from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Gill, his wife of 20 years, Karen, and 5 children returned to Yuma from Wisconsin in 2020. “My family and I were excited for the opportunity to return to Yuma as our community offers a variety of quality family activities and fantastic weather throughout the year. Professionally, I enjoy working with business owners and seeing their businesses grow. Working for a locally owned financial institution offers the flexibility to customize financial solutions to meet the needs of our business members. Being raised on a family farm and operating my own farm in Wisconsin, I can appreciate the perspectives of being both a lender and a borrower.
