Aggieland Credit Union awards college scholarship to local student

BRYAN, TX (June 23, 2014) — Aggieland Credit Union, on June 23, 2014, presented Regina Flores with a $1000 scholarship check to attend Texas A&M University for the upcoming fall 2014 semester.

Regina Flores is a recent graduate who attended Hammond Oliver Health Sciences Academy, a unique program offered at Bryan High School. Regina was chosen as the scholarship winner by a panel of judges and credit union representatives and her scholarship will go towards college tuition and furthering her education.

Aggieland Credit Union awards two $1000 scholarships each year to a senior from a Brazos County school and who chooses to attend Texas A&M University.

This is just one of many ways that Aggieland Credit Union has become an active part in the Bryan and College Station communities by supporting students and partnering in the furthering of their education and their future.
