AKUVO announces AKUVO IQ, a new portfolio  intelligence solution

This new solution helps banks, credit unions, and fintechs turn portfolio data into clear insights, peer benchmarks and predictive credit risk intelligence.

Malvern, PA (June 15, 2026) |

AKUVO, a leading provider of cloud-native, AI-driven collections  and credit risk technology, today announced the launch of AKUVO IQ, its new portfolio intelligence  solution. AKUVO IQ brings together collections performance, portfolio analytics, predictive models  and peer benchmarking in one place, giving financial institutions a clearer view of portfolio risk and  how to act on it.

Financial institutions have long had access to large amounts of data. What’s been missing is a  practical way to action it. AKUVO IQ addresses that gap, going beyond static reporting to surface  patterns, identify risk earlier, and inform better decisions.

“Credit risk intelligence shouldn’t require a data science team or a custom-built infrastructure,”  said Mike Orsomarso, SVP, Data and Analytics, AKUVO. “AKUVO IQ brings together the analytics,  insights, and intelligence that makes it easy for financial institutions to understand what’s  happening in their portfolio and what to do next.”

AKUVO IQ is built around three core capabilities:

- Analytics: visibility into what’s happening in your portfolio through reports, scorecards and performance metrics

- Insights: context and interpretation through benchmarks and trends

- Intelligence: predictive models and scores that highlight risk and guide next actions

Together, these capabilities move teams beyond reporting on what already happened and toward  identifying risks earlier and acting on them sooner.

The solution also introduces Ask AKUVO, a conversational interface that lets users query their  portfolio data using natural language, receiving strategy guidance, trend analysis, and model informed recommendations without leaving the application.

Designed for operations leadership, risk officers, and executives across lending, finance, and  collections, AKUVO IQ gives users the ability to monitor portfolio performance, benchmark against  peers, surface hidden risk, and access predictive models without custom development or third party data science infrastructure.

“For too long, the tools available to collections, credit, and risk teams have been either too generic  to be useful or too complex to be practical,” said Orsomarso. “AKUVO IQ changes that. It is  specialized, accessible, and built around the decisions these teams make every day across the  account holder lifecycle.”
