Charlotte Arivella becomes Vice President of Retail Operations

Align Credit Union is pleased to announce that Charlotte Arivella has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Operations. She is responsible for evolving the look and feel of the branches and supporting the staff to ensure the best possible banking experience for credit union Members.

Charlotte joined Align nearly 10 years ago as a teller. In 2015, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to becoming part of the Align family, Charlotte held positions ranging from sales associate to store manager at both family-owned businesses and large corporations.

Charlotte holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from North Shore Community College. She’s a Notary Public and medallion stamp certified.

She lives in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
