Allegacy Federal Credit Union creates Consulting Group, hires Vice President

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (October 9, 2014) — Allegacy Federal Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in North Carolina, -announced it has hired Jill Lackey to lead its newly formed Allegacy Consulting Group which is part of the Allegacy Business Solutions division.

Lackey serves as vice president of Allegacy Consulting Group providing coaching, human resource consulting, talent and team development and organizational development to Allegacy business partners. One area of her consulting will focus on instituting or improving wellness initiatives and culture within those organizations.

Lackey founded Talent Development Solutions in 2009, a consulting firm providing coaching, leadership and organizational development and team development services. Allegacy recently acquired the company and Lackey now offers her 25 plus years of experience and coaching to Allegacy’s business partners.

She is a graduate of Corporate CoachU and is one of just 419 Master Certified Coaches in the United States, a distinction earned through the International Coach Federation.  Lackey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from East Carolina University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
