Allegacy opens new location in Greensboro

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (March 30, 2015) — Allegacy, one of the largest credit unions in North Carolina, opened its newest financial center last week, extending its coverage into Greensboro and bringing its total number of branches to 15.

The newly renovated space, located at 3314 Battleground Avenue, consists of 2,500 square feet and features Allegacy’s signature concierge style of services. Unique to this location is the addition of ‘member consultants’ who are trained in all financial areas, allowing them to perform any transaction a customer needs, including making a deposit, opening an account or processing a loan.

“Many of our Allegacy members either live or work in the Greensboro area, so we are excited to serve current and new members with our exceptional products and services in a convenient location,” said Cathy Pace, Allegacy President/CEO. “Our mission is to help members make smart financial choices and by building personal relationships and providing them expert financial knowledge, we’re putting our members on the road to financial growth and success.”

Allegacy also offers investment and wealth-management services at the new location. ATM and drive thru options are also available.

Hours are as follows:

  • Lobby hours – 8:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday with extended hours till 6 p.m. on Fridays.
  • Drive thru is open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
