Alliance Credit Union merges 1st City Credit Union

FENTON, MO (December 29, 2014) — Alliance Credit Union has merged 1st City Credit Union. In doing so, Alliance Credit Union expands its footprint into St. Louis City by converting 1st City Credit Union’s branch located at 5011 Hampton Avenue in St. Louis.

This merger also gives more than 1,400 former 1st City Credit Union members access to a broader depth of products and services, such as improved electronic services and expanded hours, as well as access to six other Alliance Credit Union locations.

“We are excited to welcome all 1st City members into the Alliance family,” President/CEO Tim Stephens said. “We look forward to delivering excellent cooperative financial services to our new members as well as building strong relationships with them.”

1st City Credit Union was formed in 1928 by and for the parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church
