Altra Federal Credit Union breaks ground on Clarksville, TN Branch
LEVEL5 Is Designing and Building the New Branch
ATLANTA, GA (October 26, 2014) — LEVEL5, a consulting and facilities development firm specializing in financial institutions, announced today that Onalaska, Wisconsin based Altra Federal Credit Union began construction on its newest branch. LEVEL5 worked with the credit union to identify and purchase the new location on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard at Stone Container Drive, a rapidly growing area of Clarksville, TN. LEVEL5 is designing and building the new 4,550 square foot branch for Altra FCU as part of its retail delivery strategy.
Tom Brock, Altra FCU Executive VP/ Chief Administrative Officer said, “Altra Federal Credit Union has utilized LEVEL5 for branch location consulting, real estate acquisition in several cities, and design and construction on a previous project. We are excited about the partnership that Altra has with LEVEL5 in fulfilling our strategic plan.”
The initial site work for the project has already begun and construction of the new branch will begin immediately. The branch is scheduled to be completed and open for business in the Spring of 2015.
