American 1 Credit Union wins MemberXP 2021 Best of the Best award
JACKSON, MI (March 22, 2021) — MemberXP, a member experience solution from CU Solutions Group, has named American 1 Credit Union one of their 2021 Best of the Best award winners.
The coveted Best of the Best Loan Experience award is given each year to credit unions that have consistently provided exceptional member service, as reported by their members through member surveys and mystery shoppers. Only the highest-performing credit unions utilizing the MemberXP platform receive this honor. The independently-granted Best of the Best award by MemberXP is based on specific and rigorous criteria. Considering the extreme challenges of delivering extraordinary member service during a nation-wide pandemic and economic crisis, this year’s award winners reflect some of the most agile and responsive credit unions.
MemberXP surveys were completed by nearly 600 American 1 members who closed a loan during 2020.
