American Heritage Credit Union (American Heritage) was recently honored with three Diamond Awards at the annual Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council. The CUNA Diamond Awards recognize outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.
The CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,300 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 36 categories ranging from advertising to community events.
American Heritage earned Diamond Awards for the Social Media, Membership Marketing and Multifaceted categories. The Social Media category was awarded for American Heritage’s 2018 social platform content strategy. The Membership Marketing Category was awarded for American Heritage’s Owner’s Manuel and Welcome Kit. The Multifaceted category recognized American Heritage’s “It’s in Our Heritage” campaign for its mix of digital, in-branch, direct mail, print and e-mail media as well as for its branding and results.

Award winners were recognized at the council’s 26th annual conference held March 20-23 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
