AmFirst announced Jennifer McNeil’s promotion to Vice President of Human Resources, effective August 1, 2025.
McNeil has served the AmFirst community for 17 years, beginning her career as a float teller in the Downtown Birmingham location before joining the Human Resources team in 2011. Throughout her tenure, McNeil has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to both team members and members alike, building a reputation for service, integrity, and leadership at every step.
