AMOCO donates $1,000 to Texas EquuSearch

(December 8, 2014) — AMOCO donated $1,000 to Texas EquuSearch, an organization dedicated to searching for and recovering missing persons. Texas EquuSearch was founded by Tim Miller after he experienced the loss of his daughter when she went missing. Tim used his own tragedy to provide hope for others that are experiencing the same devastation. Texas EquuSearch is always in need of donations for: search missions, equipment, fuel, food, lodging for the Search Coordinators and expenses associated with the operation of their Mobile Command Center. Texas EquuSearch is an AMOCO Select Partner and a part of their Together We Can Lend a Helping Hand program. Together We Can Lend a Helping Hand is a hassle-free fundraising program AMOCO created in order to help a select group of organizations that gives back to the community. As AMOCO has made a donation to Texas EquuSearch they would like to challenge other local businesses to do the same as well.
