Andrews Federal sponsors Military Appreciation Day with Philadelphia Soul

Event designed to honor the brave individuals who are or who have served our country and protected our freedom.

SUITLAND, MD (July 9, 2015) — Andrews Federal Credit Union is a proud sponsor of Military Appreciation Day with the Philadelphia Soul.

On Saturday, July 11, all active duty, Veterans, and civilians are invited to join the Philadelphia Soul, of the Arena Football League, for a day of fun & football while recognizing the heroism and bravery demonstrated by our United States Armed Forces each and every day. The event will be held at the Wells Fargo Center, where the Soul will take on the Cleveland Gladiators at 1:00 PM.

“Andrews Federal is proud to be a longtime sponsor of this event,” said Ros Bishop, Regional Branch Manager. “We are always excited to lend our support to the military community and their families.”

Following the Soul Game, the Wounded Warriors Amputee Football Team, made of up service members wounded in action, will face off against a team of local NFL Alumni, coached by former Philadelphia Eagle Ron Jaworski.

For active military personnel, tickets are complimentary with your .mil/.gov email, or at the box office with military ID or uniform.
