Announcing a new shared branching support & services CUSO for network operators

LAKEWOOD, CO (June 23, 2020) — CU Service Network (CUSN) is eager to announce their new CUSO, created to address the growing challenges network operators face in servicing their credit union clients. Since its founding over 25 years ago, CUSN has been a servicer and reseller of CO-OP Shared Branching. However, the organization has changed tremendously over the past five years, now offering a variety of outsourced and collaborative services. At this point in the organization’s journey, it made sense to create an entity dedicated to shared branching servicing. This allows greater efficiency, flexibility, and opportunities for partnership. Consequently, in June of 2020, CU Service Network launched InNetwork.

InNetwork President/CEO Doug Burke writes, “We are excited to introduce InNetwork to the shared branching community and the endless opportunities to introduce a new level of collaboration among the various service providers.”

InNetwork will continue to be an operator of the CO-OP Shared Branching network and provide service/support to regional credit union clients. In addition, they will now offer a variety of support services for other independent networks operating throughout the U.S. Many networks do not have a dedicated shared branching team to support their credit union, requiring one person to manage selling, marketing, reports and client support. InNetwork, the first of its kind, is designed to shoulder some or all of that burden and provide relief to those CUSOs struggling as the shared branching support business model changes, as well as provide ownership and profit-sharing opportunities.
