The Cascade Federal Credit Union Board of Directors is excited to name Sarah Richardson as the next President & CEO of the credit union. Richardson has over a decade of experience in the credit union industry, most recently serving as Cascade FCU’s Vice President of Marketing. She is taking over the leadership position in January, when current CEO Carl Roer is set to retire.
“We are thrilled to have Sarah lead the credit union through its next chapter. Sarah has been vital to our leadership team and the credit union’s growth over the last few years. Her dedication to our members and passion for Cascade FCU’s mission make her perfect for this role,” said Roer.
Richardson graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and received leadership certification from Brandman University. She is also a certified Credit Union Development Educator and self-proclaimed credit union enthusiast.
