KEMBA Financial Credit Union, in Columbus, OH, announces the hiring of Rick Jarrar as Chief Lending Officer. Jarrar is excited to join the team at KEMBA in its headquarters in Gahanna, OH. In this new role, he will oversee the lending strategy for the credit union.
Jarrar brings more 20 years of banking and lending experience including consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending. Prior to joining KEMBA, Rick was the Chief Lending Officer with Orion Federal Credit Union in Memphis, TN. Additionally, he held executive level positions abroad with Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai and QNB in Qatar.
Jarrar holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from San Jose State University and served on the Board of Directors of the Placer Food Bank in Roseville, CA. Throughout his long financial services career he has enjoyed meeting the many needs of clients and members to help them access the resources needed to achieve their various life goals.
