Cintel Federal Credit Union merges with Connexus Credit Union
WAUSAU, WI (November 18, 2013) — Cintel Federal Credit Union (Cincinnati, OH) announced today that members have voted to merge with Connexus Credit Union (Wausau, WI) effective January 1, 2014.
Connexus will offer Cintel members a stronger customer service experience and greater depth in lending. The merger will also allow Cintel members to optimize and expand their convenience through online services and expanded ATM availability. Connexus has members in all fifty states, with branches in New Hampshire, Ohio and Wisconsin.
This merger is mutually beneficial, allowing Cintel to obtain products and services required for member retention and expansion. Connexus is seeking growth through diversification and the opportunity to expand into a larger metropolitan area, where they already have a presence.
