Coastal Federal Credit Union promotes Jim Pack to Chief Member Service Officer

RALEIGH, NC (July 7, 2015) – Coastal Federal Credit Union announced today that Jim Pack has been promoted to SVP, Chief Member Service Officer. In that role, he will be tasked with building exceptional member service and operational excellence, including increased efficiency and single-contact case resolution for member service needs. He will be responsible for Member Call Centers, Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Collections and Member Loyalty.

Pack has 18 years of financial services experience. He has been a part of the Coastal team since 2008 and has held various vice president roles during that time, including Retail Sales and Service; Marketing and Retail Strategy; and most recently, Reporting and Analytics.

His promotion comes as part of a management restructure aimed at aligning the organization’s leadership with its key objectives for the next several years.

Pack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University, and is a Credit Union Development Educator.
