Commonwealth One Federal Credit Union Hosts Blood Drive January 18, 2013 To Benefit Local Community

Alexandria, VA – January 7, 2013- CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Virginia Blood Services (VBS), is hosting a blood drive on January 18, 2012 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm at its Harrisonburg Regional Branch in Harrisonburg, Virginia to benefit the local community.

There is no substitute for human blood, it has to be donated. This blood drive benefits VBS , which is the local, nonprofit provider of blood products to 25 area hospitals. Blood donated to VBS stays local to help patients right here in our community.

When members donate blood, they will be entered into a drawing to win one of two $25 Visa gift cards.

Virginia Blood Services (VBS) is the local, nonprofit provider of blood products to area hospitals. When donors give blood with VBS, it stays local to help patients right here in our community.
