Corelation Moves to Larger Offices for Future Growth
SAN DIEGO — October 9, 2012 — To say it’s been a busy year for the industry’s newest core processor Corelation Inc. is a vast understatement. Corelation now has seven credit unions live on its KeyStone system and five more signed awaiting conversion. With all this activity, it was only a matter of time before the core processor had to find bigger digs to handle its impending growth. Over the weekend (October 5-8), Corelation moved its offices up one floor – in the same building – to a larger space that has doubled the size of its accommodations to more than 5,000 square feet.
When the tech company first moved into its former space a little over a year ago, it had eight employees. Today, its staff has grown to 20 staff members. As a result its hallways were getting a bit crowded, which prompted them to relocate to its bigger locale. This new space will accommodate current and future employees that will help continue effectively serving its growing credit union clientele.
“Time has flown by; you blink and it seems like you’ve doubled in size,” says Corelation President, Theresa Benavidez. “That’s exactly what has happened to us in the past year. But to maintain our high level of service, we have planned for this growth. It seems like a lot, but it has been very controlled – as we don’t want to get too big too fast. Our growing staff has worked very hard this year to support our clients, providing them with the best service in the industry. As more credit unions join our family, we will need the extra space for additional employees necessary to maintain our high level of service that our clients expect from us.”
