Corporate Central held its 38th Annual Meeting last week at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. The event ran in conjunction with The Wisconsin Credit Union League’s Annual Convention and supported The League’s collaborative theme of “Move Forward.”
“The credit union movement is all about collaboration. Working together toward common goals, we not only define the credit union philosophy by our very actions, but we collectively drive the credit union movement forward,” said Chris Felton, Corporate Central President/CEO. “Corporate Central is sincerely thankful to our members, our volunteers, and The League for working together with us to continually find ways to improve the lives of so many people.”
“Corporate Central’s collaborative initiatives with organizations like The League, CUNA, CUES, NASCUS, and Filene are based on the fundamental idea of keeping the focus on members at all times,” said Eric Chrisinger, Corporate Central Chairman. “Everything we do is for the members and we are grateful for our partners’ shared values. We thank them for their vital role in advancing the credit union mission.”
Reports from leadership announced that Corporate Central remained financially strong throughout 2018 and continued to grow both its assets and its membership. The corporate now has members across 24 states.
During the elections report, Corporate Central declared the following directors for a three-year term:
• Eric Chrisinger, Co-op Credit Union

During a general session, the Wisconsin Ideation & Local Development (WILD) Initiative—a collaborative initiative between Corporate Central, The League, Filene Research Institute and credit unions statewide—presented several groundbreaking ideas for new credit union financial products, services, and business models.
“We are very excited to see what the future holds,” Felton said. “Working together, we will continue to find new and better ways to serve members and thrive.”
