CRMNEXT presents new webinar exploring member experience do’s and don’ts

GREENVILLE, SC (July 7, 2021)CRMNEXT and CUInsight are excited to share a live webinar for credit union leaders. This webinar entitled, “Camp Core: CX Nightmares by the Campfire,” is scheduled for Wednesday, July 14 at 1pm EDT and hosted by CUInsight.

Attendees will learn actionable steps on improving the member experience, avoiding “window hopscotch,” and training team leaders. The webinar will journey through examples of what not to do when implementing core projects that affect membership.

“A credit union’s journey doesn’t have to be difficult. You shouldn’t have to live with 20-50 applications that make you jump from screen to screen just to help your members,” said Sumit Deshpande, Head of Strategy & Solutions at CRMNEXT. “Connecting your core to your other banking applications allows the frontline to exceed member expectations and empowers them to work smarter — delivering that Five-Star Camp experience. It all starts with the proper Scope of Work.”

Lauren Culp, Publisher & CEO of CUInsight says,” We are excited to team up with CRMNEXT and help leaders discover ways to improve the member experience.”

This free event will be presented on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 1PM EDT via Zoom. Those interested in attending this virtual webinar should register here. Log-in information will be provided upon registration.
