CU Solutions Group (CUSG) and CU Training announce CUSG’s acquisition of the software and customer accounts related to CU Training’s learning management solutions suite in the United States. As part of the agreement, CUSG, in conjunction with various HR software partners, will expand and enhance the delivery of learning management software and content to both credit union and non-credit union organizations in the United States, and in conjunction with its performance management software, Performance Pro.
CU Training currently serves more than 300 credit unions in Canada and the United States.

CUSG, through its HR Performance Solutions division, serves more than 1,600 credit union and non-credit union organizations and is experiencing rapid growth with products like Performance Pro, Compease, HR Suite, and Planning Pro.

CU Training has a feature-rich learning management system, excellent content and a very strong team with extensive experience. This new integrated functionality will allow credit unions to tie courses to specific competencies and skills that employees are developing in their current position and the position they hope to be considered for in the future. This functionality will maximize the value organizations and their employees see from their learning and performance management systems.
As part of this transaction, CUSG will also have exclusive and perpetual license to the software code, contracts and intellectual property for all of CU Training’s board training solutions, including Board 360.
The transaction closed on May 1, 2019.
