CU*Answers celebrates its top twelve software enhancements of 2014

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (January 23, 2015) — As CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned core data processor, looks forward to an exciting year of software enhancements in 2015, it has also revealed what it considers to be the top twelve enhancements of 2014 for its CU*BASE® core platform and related credit union products. Top among the list was the File Expansion Project, a monumental investment in ensuring a long future for bigger and better things to come. The massive undertaking completely revamped the CU*BASE system to change maximum account balances to allow for a maximum of $999,999,999.99.

Among other popular enhancements were updates to CU*Answers’ It’s Me 247 mobile web banking product, including the ability to apply for loans. “This and the other enhancements made during the year ensure credit unions have a full-feature, free mobile banking product,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, Vice President of Client Services and Education.

Credit union executives were excited by all the investments the CUSO made in analytical dashboards and tools, including the Credit Score History Dashboard, which allows credit unions to dig deep in the data and evaluate the membership based on their trending credit scores.
