CU*Answers holds South Dakota Education Symposium
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (June 1, 2015) — Cooperative CUSO and core data processor, CU*Answers, recently hosted an education symposium for its South Dakota-based clients. CU*Answers held the event twice to accommodate attendees on the western and eastern parts of the state, with one held in Rapid City and the other in Sioux Falls. The education event focused on reviewing several tools in the CU*BASE® core platform, new and upgraded features from the last three major CU*BASE releases, and strategies to implement new products and services in 2015.
The symposium was offered at no cost to attendees and is one of many of the CUSO’s annual education offerings for clients. Per Mike Gruber, Regional Sales Representative, “The symposiums were a great success; we had over twenty credit union leaders attend and everyone not only learned a lot more about the CU*BASE system, but were able to collaborate on different strategies for the coming years.”
