CU*Answers Launching New Online Banking Navigation

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – November 2, 2012 – Credit union service organization CU*Answers is set to launch a new look and navigation for its online banking interface in January 2013. The new navigation for their It’s Me 247® online banking service will allow users to more easily navigate to key features in online banking such as chatting live with a service representative who can answer members’ questions. With its added drop-down menus and more space-efficient design, the new interface will also provide more room for hundreds of new features that will be added to It’s Me 247 online banking in the future.
