CUNA and World Council cancel World Moving Conference

WASHINGTON, DC (April 20, 2020) — Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) today announced the cancellation of World Moving: A Joint Credit Union Conference, which was set to take place July 19-22 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The decision was made by the groups in accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Los Angeles Visitors Bureau.

CUNA and World Council continue to track and follow guidance from the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the health, safety and welfare of credit unions across the world.

The registration fee, including tour and guest registration, will be fully refunded to attendees, and attendees are reminded to resolve their travel and lodging reservations accordingly. Visit worldmoving.org for additional information.
