CUNA announces new eSchool for building emotional intelligence

WASHINGTON, DC (June 11, 2020) — Registration is now open for CUNA Emotional Intelligence eSchool set for six, 1-hour Wednesday sessions, July 29-September 9. During this new eSchool, credit union professionals will learn why they need to master and demonstrate emotional intelligence to become great leaders.

“Credit unions have a growing need for leaders who understand and embrace the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace,” said Kristin Ryan, director of learning events at CUNA. “CUNA Emotional Intelligence eSchool addresses this need with training on how to lead with empathy to achieve buy-in and results.”

Sessions include:

  • Self-Awareness and Self-Regulation
  • EQ and Social Skills
  • Women in Leadership
  • EQ: Motivation and the Emerging Leader
  • Culture of the People We Serve
