CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council celebrates 1,200 members

MADISON, WI (August 5, 2014)  The CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council has reached the milestone of 1,200 members, a result of several years of impressive growth and a collective commitment to striving for excellence in the credit union industry. The Marketing & Business Development Council is now among three CUNA Councils with membership in excess of 1,200.

Amber Scott, Marketing & Business Development Council Membership Committee Chair and VP Marketing at 1st MidAmerica Credit Union, Bethalto, IL says, “the growth of the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council is a direct reflection of the membership and the value that each member brings to the Council. Our active members share their creativity and their strategic insights, helping to drive growth in each credit union. With each new Council member who joins, we are contributing to the growth of the credit union industry.”

Credit union marketing and business development leaders who are not yet members may join 1,200-plus peers by joining the Council at www.cunamarketingcouncil.org. The Council’s 2015 National Conference is set for March 25-28, 2015 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, NV.
