CUNA Technology Conference to present awards at annual conference
MADISON, WI (April 7, 2015) – The CUNA Technology council will present Excellence in Technology Awards to credit unions implementing new and innovative technologies at their annual conference in Orlando Florida, September 27-30, 2015.
“It was a great honor for our credit union to be recognized for our achievement,” says John Madsen, VP of Technology, Consumers Credit Union. “The award, and the participants, show that creativity and innovation in the credit union movement is alive and thriving.”
“More and more credit unions are utilizing new and creative technologies to streamline their processes and make things easier for their members,” says Alex Barker, CUNA Technology Council Communications Committee Chair. “The Excellence in Technology Awards reward credit unions for their advancements and achievements in technology. However, the awards aren’t just about rewarding innovation. They’re about exposing credit unions, nationwide, to top-notch approaches that put their members first.”
This year Excellence Awards will be granted for:
- Technology Infrastructure
- Information Security/Privacy
- Member Service/Convenience
- Sales Management/Marketing Automation
- Leadership
- Miscellaneous
The winning credit unions must attend the CUNA Technology Council Conference, September 27-30 in Orlando, Florida to receive their award. Winners will receive one complimentary registration to the conference and will be featured in a CUNA press release, in CUNA News Now and on the CUNA Technology Council website.
