CUSG is proud to announce the launch of the Leadership Forum, a new virtual workshop series designed to empower leadership development across the credit union industry. Led by nationally recognized credit union expert Jeff Rendel, the Leadership Forum offers practical, cohort-based learning opportunities for credit union professionals at all levels.
The Leadership Forum will feature monthly, interactive workshops focused on real-world challenges and practical leadership tools. Each 60-minute session is designed to engage participants through experiential learning, peer connection, and actionable strategies that can be immediately applied in the workplace.

The Leadership Forum kicks off on August 21, 2025, and is offered through an annual subscription of $5,000 per credit union. This single registration provides unlimited access for all team members, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from the full range of workshops throughout the year.
