REDLANDS, CA (September 4, 2019) — Alta Vista Credit Union has named its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, David Justice, as its new CEO. He succeeds RaAnn Wood, who will retire November 1, 2019.
Justice has been with Alta Vista since 2015, and previously served as vice president of retail services at San Bernardino School Employees Federal Credit Union. Prior to that, he worked at Alaska Federal Credit Union and Arrowhead Credit Union.
“David brings more than 19 years of financial services experience and a wealth of knowledge to his new position,” Wood said. “During his tenure at Alta Vista, David has successfully launched our online lending platform and has led operational improvements in our consumer lending, credit card, equity and mortgage portfolios. David is committed to serving the members and promoting Alta Vista’s growth in the communities it serves.”

Justice is a graduate of Humboldt State University and earned an MBA from the School of Business and Management at National University.
