DCU announces new Vice President of Human Resources

MARLBOROUGH, MA (September 24, 2014) — DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union) is pleased to announce the selection of Jane Fontaine as the credit union’s new Vice President of Human Resources.

“We are thrilled to have Jane take on the role of Vice President of Human Resources,” said Jim Regan, President/CEO. “Jane brings extensive human resources and management experience to the credit union and will be a great addition to DCU’s team.”

Jane Fontaine is an innovative human resources professional and is experienced in driving excellence and organizational development in a variety of settings. Jane has served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Marlborough Hospital since February 2013. As part of the Senior Leadership Team at Marlborough Hospital, she successfully worked with senior staff to increase efficiency and productivity across all operations and improve service delivery to patients through streamlining of processes and collaboratively working with clinical leadership in implementing proposals aimed at cost savings, revenue generation, and increasing patient satisfaction. Prior to her position at Marlborough Hospital, Jane served as the Director of Human Resources for the Southcoast Visiting Nurse Association in Fairhaven, Massachusetts and has also served as the Manager, Human Resources at Benefit Concepts in East Providence, Rhode Island and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for United Healthcare of New England in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Jane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She also holds a Master in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
