DEI leads Future Branches think tank event

Firm to discuss insights leading branch transformation

CINCINNATI, OH (March 2, 2021)

DEI, a leading design/build company working with banks and credit unions nationally, announced today it has been selected to lead a national virtual conference on Future Branches to be held March 30-31, 2021.

In combination with Worldwide Business Research, the virtual conference creator and host, DEI will share key insights into how banks and credit unions must and are adapting their branches to adjust to significant ongoing changes in the financial services industry.

There is a new level of uncertainty about the future of physical branches, especially with regard to consumer habits and expectations. Now, branch leaders must adapt to a future where in-branch services and resources will continue to evolve.

Melissa Martinez, marketing manager for Worldwide Business Research, noted, “DEI is a leading design/build firm with projects that stretch from coast to coast and up and down asset sizes. We are pleased to have a firm of their status and experience take the lead for our virtual conference attendees as they chart their path for future branches. This is a mission-critical time for banks and credit unions alike.”

In 2021, banks and credit unions are using the lessons learned from the previous year to push forward with new strategies and best practices. But they must do more to add resiliency to their branch networks—by building closer relationships with customers and members and adapting their physical branch strategies to meet their expectations. This exclusive virtual event explores those two aspects of branch transformation as we begin a new decade.

“Branch banking has evolved past a ‘build it and they will come’ approach into a strategic business model push that affects customer usage, efficiency and the connection to your physical brand. We make a difference for our clients with visually stunning, award-winning, and highly efficient physical workspaces, branches, operations centers, and renovated sites. Our research and practitioner knowledge are leading our customers forward through this current evolution and into the next stage of branch transformation,” said Richard Grow, president and CEO of DEI.
