Desert Schools Federal Credit Union selects ImagePoint Teller Capture from Bluepoint Solutions
Credit union adopts integrated teller capture to increase operational efficiency and accuracy, boost member service levels in the branch
DENVER, CO (July 15, 2015) — Bluepoint Solutions today announced Phoenix, AZ-based Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has selected its ImagePoint Teller capture solution. Capturing check images directly at the teller line will allow the credit union to increase efficiency and convenience for both members and the credit union’s front-line employees.
Desert Schools Federal Credit Union ($3.7 billion in assets), with over 300,000 members, serves the Maricopa, Gila and Pinal counties. The credit union will add Bluepoint’s ImagePoint Teller to over 440 workstations at its 47 branch locations. ImagePoint Teller is fully integrated with the credit union’s core and allows tellers to scan check deposits as part of their existing transaction workflow, cutting keystrokes and giving tellers more time to spend with members. Checks are immediately available for item processing and tellers remain in balance throughout the day, eliminating end-of-day bottlenecks and teller overtime.
